I recently had the pleasure of dining at Albert’s Restaurant & Bar in Didsbury for a Sunday dinner with family, and it was a delightful experience from start to finish. We decided to indulge in a variety of dishes, and I must say, the roast lamb was cooked to perfection—tender, flavorful, and beautifully seasoned. The accompanying sides complemented the dish beautifully. I also tried Albert’s burger, which was juicy and packed with flavor. It's clear that they take pride in their ingredients, as each bite was a treat. The roast beef was another highlight, served with all the traditional trimmings. It was hearty and satisfying, making it a perfect choice for a Sunday meal. The attention to detail in the presentation and taste was evident. Service throughout our meal was excellent. The staff were attentive our mane waiter Becky was great without being intrusive, ensuring we had everything we needed and making us feel welcome. To top it all off, we enjoyed their home-brewed beer, Albert Beer, which was fantastic. It had a rich flavor that paired wonderfully with our meals. Overall, I highly recommend Albert’s Restaurant & Bar for a Sunday dinner with family. The combination of delicious food, great service, and the inviting atmosphere made for a memorable outing. Perfect Spot for a Night Out Had dinner here with friends and everything was exceptional. The staff made great recommendations and really knew their stuff. The short rib was out of this world, and the desserts? Don’t skip them. Easily one of my favorite meals in recent memory.
Food was good and the place is nice for children. We book for 11.45 for breakfast but was asked to move to the bar after around 45 mins because there will be a large party, which is quite disappointed. Anyways, the staff was nice and the food was good so we would still give them 5 stars.
Martha provided a five star level of service, with a lovely greeting by Samina front of house. Alberts back on top form again. The food was delicious. A thoroughly nice evening.
We had a large family get together last Saturday here. It was our first time and we loved it. The restaurant is large and airy and has a really nice atmosphere is spacious and light. The food was lovely. The staff are amazing. We would definitely go back in a heartbeat.

Came here for a birthday dinner. Place is spacious with a very nice ambience. The drinks menu has quite the variety of cocktails, I can happily recommend the Dark Cherry Cosmo and the Passion fruit Mojito. We had mains and desserts. Most upper 10s to low 20s with streak obviously pricier. I got the swordfish and it was delicious! Very good value for your money. Dessert was a Spiced Pear and Almond Tart which was also delightful. There is a decent selection of Gluten Free options and some vegetarian/vegan options. Slight wait on the main meal but it was somewhat busy and they were very apologetic. The car park is a little small so street parking might be needed. I would highly recommend for a fancy dinner/date night or even just a couple of cocktails at the bar. Will be coming back!
First time visiting here celebrating our anniversary. They extended the time for their 2-course set menu as part of their January offers. We ordered a starter, 2 mains, and a dessert. All the staff were friendly and welcoming as soon as we entered the building. They were also attentive too. As we ordered one starter and one dessert, they provided us side plates and extra cutlery for sharing. The food was very good. Simple and nothing over the top which we prefer. Thank you Albert's for the evening. We enjoyed ourselves and will visit again.
